The Partners
COMPONENT PARTNERS
Science is Health: Loop connects best-in-class component partners across five categories into a single orchestrated system. We are selecting one primary partner per category for the pilot. The partner selected for the pilot has first-mover positioning in the network as it scales.
We are evaluating partners in each category now. If you are a company operating in any of these categories and want to understand the opportunity, the relevant partner brief is linked below.
ASSISTED LIVING OPERATORS
Every operator who joins Science is Health: Loop starts with a pilot. It is not a one-time event — it is the standard entry point through which every new facility brings the system online and proves it in their own environment. Residents, staff, clinical workflow, data architecture — the pilot runs it all, live, and produces the outcome record that makes the case for what comes next.
If you operate or manage an assisted living facility, the pilot conversation is where we start. Here is what that conversation covers:
A structured review of what the Loop pilot looks like inside your facility — the workflow, the clinical team integration, the data architecture, and what your staff would actually do differently.
The OSA identification opportunity specific to your resident population — what the current documentation gap likely looks like in your EHR and what a 90-day monitoring program would surface.
The before-and-after data story the pilot produces — cognitive assessment scores, biomarker trajectories, medication burden, hospitalization events. The numbers that matter to families, referral sources, and your medical director.
Co-authorship rights on any findings we publish from your facility’s pilot data.
A clear path from pilot to full network participation — what the ongoing relationship looks like once the pilot proves the template.
WHY ASSISTED LIVING FIRST
Assisted living is the one environment where a preventive health protocol can run structurally, not optionally. The morning medication pass runs every day. The EHR governs every clinical workflow. Staff are present around the clock. You already have the infrastructure. Science is Health: Loop connects it.

NETWORK PRACTITIONERS
Science is Health is building AI-driven clinical infrastructure for preventive health in assisted living — the orchestration layer that connects components, runs the protocol, and generates the longitudinal dataset the intelligence layer trains on. The distinction between infrastructure and product matters to how you think about the investment thesis.
Science is Health: Loop — Clinical Infrastructure
The orchestration layer connects components, runs the protocol, generates the daily briefing, and routes normalized data to the facility’s EHR. Facilities pay a platform subscription fee for the Loop. Component partners pay a commission on institutional accounts introduced through the network. The revenue model is recurring by design — the protocol runs continuously, the monitoring cadence runs indefinitely, and the network grows facility by facility.
The Intelligence Layer — Data and AI Business
The Loop generates a clinical dataset that no other company in this space is producing: intervention-linked, adherence-tracked, longitudinal, FHIR-normalized, expanding continuously across a growing facility network. The intelligence layer trains on that data. It produces better intervention recommendations back to the Loop. It becomes more capable — and more defensible — with every facility that joins and every protocol cycle that completes.
Two revenue streams. Two different multiples. One infrastructure opportunity at the entry point of a sector that has never had it.
THE MARKET
The US assisted living market comprises approximately 30,000 facilities serving 1 million+ residents. Penetration of preventive health protocols in this population is very low. The infrastructure to deliver them at scale does not exist. Science is Health is building it.

Science is Health: Loop delivers the Bredesen 7 protocol inside assisted living through a national network of Bredesen Protocol-certified practitioners. If you are a certified practitioner and want to understand what participation in the network looks like, this is the conversation.
What the Network Provides
A structured patient population — enrolled MCI residents with informed consent, baseline cognitive assessments, and complete biomarker panels already in hand before the first clinical visit.
Continuous monitoring data — nightly wearable data for every enrolled resident delivered to you before each clinical touchpoint. You arrive informed, not starting from scratch.
Protocol infrastructure — supplement administration through the facility medication pass, EHR integration, and a daily briefing system that flags residents requiring attention between scheduled visits.
Outcome data and co-authorship — the pilot dataset is publishable. Participating practitioners hold co-authorship rights on findings from their facility’s cohort.
Network referrals — as the facility network grows, the clinical delivery network grows with it. Participation in the pilot creates a path to ongoing facility relationships as new sites come online.
